WASHINGTON (AP) — “Black Insurrectionist,” the anonymous social media persona behind some of the most widely circulated conspiracy theories about the 2024 election, can be traced to a man from upstate New York.
He’s also white.
With a profile photo of a Black soldier and the tagline “I FOLLOW BACK TRUE PATRIOTS,” the account on the platform X amassed more than 300,000 followers while posting dubious claims about Vice President Kamala Harris and her running mate, Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz. Some were amplified by former President Donald Trump, his running mate Ohio Sen. JD Vance, and their Republican allies in Congress. The most salacious claims have come in the closing weeks of the campaign.
Last month, the account posted what Black Insurrectionist claimed was an affidavit from an ABC News employee, alleging Harris was given questions in advance of the network’s debate with Trump — which ABC News vigorously disputed. Trump approved, though, declaring, “I love the person.” More recently, Black Insurrectionist posted a baseless claim alleging inappropriate behavior between Walz and a student decades ago, a falsehood that U.S. intelligence officials said sprang from a Russian disinformation campaign.

It's wild being able to recognize propaganda at work, and I'm not talking about "Black insurrectionist".
Why didn't they give ANY examples?
Then, why didn't this AP story mention that it was right wingers who sniffed this guy out as a fraud instantly?
This story is ran in a way to make it seem like the entirety of the right was happy as pigs in shite to spread it around. A lot were guilty of it, for sure, but again, it was right wingers who called BS almost instantly.

Trump wisely stayed away from that.

Exactly, they make general statements without any examples to back it up. I never heard one example from the legacy media of the Russian disinformation disseminated that hurt Hillary’s campaign. A year later I tried to find some, the examples were beyond absurd…Hillary having an affair with Obama was one of them. It was mostly tabloid stuff and poorly written. Then I realized why they never gave an example.

How do they know he is not black ? Did they ask him ? Maybe he identifies as black .
Posted on 10/27/24 at 7:17 am to Eurocat
Remember, the victim chose him because of his work combatting child trafficking

He should be the fifty-second person arrested, tried, convicted and jailed for election interference.

So if you are a man and identify as a woman you MUST accept and acknowledge this.
But if you identify as black????
But if you identify as black????

After his bullshite with the ABC "whistleblower" people should have known he was a fraud, but many on here held him as Kraken 2.0.

Now I dont know who to believe, since the left has turned this into a conspiracy theory.
Just another left wing conspiracy.

I didn’t assume the “black” in “black insurrectionist” referred to race.

Absolutely my bigger concern. We don't need people like this fighting for our side. I don't care about the "he's white" ... he never said (that I know of) he was black, it was simply a handle.
But he used this faux-handle to hide behind his not so honest accusations - attracting conservative leaders and media - who were baited and only look foolish now..
PS - His first accusation - ABC News - he even had me buy into for the first couple of days waiting for 'certified whistleblower testimony'.to be delivered.

He wasn’t. He was trying to troll us with falsehoods.
Even several people in the thread (right wingers) sniffed it out early on

Not all women have vaginas?
Not all black people have high amounts of melanin...

Right. Most of these "influencers" peddling bullshite are doing it to make the right look dumb, collectively.

Very wisely. I don’t know who is running his campaign but certainly Trump seems more disciplined this time around.
I wonder if the near assassination has made him more focused and determined? I also wonder if J.D. Vance has brought more discretion to the campaign?
Certainly Trump’s personality seems more suited to going on offense than defense but something is fundamentally different than the last go-around. The campaign is much more reminiscent of 2016 instead of 2020.
Not only has Trump demonstrated incredible restraint since the convention, he has been hitting on all cylinders lately. The McDonald’s photo-op was just the latest example of Trump bypassing the media and connecting with ordinary Americans while driving home key campaign narratives.

quote:Thoroughly Doxxed! Jason G. Palmer, 51yrs old, Webster, NY....

AP reporter Brian Slodysko does everything but actually publish Palmer's Lake Rd address and (315) 363-8*** phone number in Webster NY.
I guess doxxing is appropriate in an instance like this though. After all the "Black Insurrectionist" POS obviously lied to influence politics.
But in the same vein, after the crap Slodysko's written, would it not seem reasonable to also publish his personal particulars? e.g., his Gumwood Dr address in Hyattsville, MD?

Did he commit outward fraud created out of thin air?
Did he say he was helping child trafficking victims?

Well Elon described himself as black maga. Maybe he was confused since he’s African-American.
