The conversations we are having in this thread are similar to what the DoJ attorneys assigned to her case should be having.
Perhaps AOC should be taken into custody for questioning. She needs to go on record WRT her specific intent here. If she takes the Fifth, perhaps the American Public should be informed of this development. Why would AOC take the Fifth if she has nothing to hide?
Bring her in and sit her down for a talk.

I'll repeat this from above:
The argument seems to be pivoting from "she aided and abetted illegals" to "she may have given legal advice without a law license".
The pivot is noted.
Are we giving up on the "instructing them how to evade law enforcement" and "aided and abetted illegals" arguments entirely, at this point?
