She can play "Sandy Cortez, Free Speech Absolutionist" on Twitter, but her tips for "everyday Americans" (HINT: Illegals aren't 'everyday Americans') on what to do if ICE shows up at their door can just as easily be employed by the criminal illegals being sought by ICE.

Criminals have rights too. What is illegal about explaining their rights to them?

Hell, cops do it with almost every arrest (Miranda warning ).

neither here nor there, but it's so tiresome how much they love to throw the word "lie" around. it's become as meaningless as "racist". what supposed lie is she even talking about? some subjective nonsense like "oh you dont really care about free speech because you're investigating something that i personally consider to be free speech"? that's not a lie.

She's fat as fk now. She's put on at least 50 lbs.

No more redeeming qualities. Butt sex wouldn't even be fun anymore.

She still should not be prosecuted or it.
And she is not. This is all theater.

All around

I still haven't had anyone explain anything close to illegal behavior on her end.

There's nothing illegal with explaining the limits of government to citizens and illegals alike, especially if those limits are rights.

No worries… if she is innocent.. she will have no problem testifying and proving it.

Remember that? Still agree with it?

I don't think anything will happen to her. Would be an extremely weak case.

I can't stand the bitch but she will not have any trouble over this.

She's basically giving legal advice on her official account. Her slides ignore exigent circumstances and voluntary consent of property owners to enter a space (landlord or employer)

But to answer the annoying part of your inquiry, an elected official doesn't need to use their official account to instruct people here illegally on how to evade enforcement. Dealing with ICE and immigration hearing is the job of their attorney, not her.

SFP, the Chief Law Enforcement Officer of the USA would like this matter to be looked at in order to determine if whether or not any federal criminal laws are violated. If AOC hasn't violated any federal criminal laws, she has nothing to worry about.

We can't know whether she did anything wrong until we take the time to investigate the facts and then research the law.

You and AOC should relax and Trust The Government.

Tone deaf. Free speech doesn’t mean a right to break the law.

As an attorney you should know that unless you are a licensed attorney you can not provide legal advice. AOC saying not to speak to authorities is legal advice.

Explaining rights is not legal advice and is protected speech for any person on our soil (American, legal immigrant, or illegal).

It also lacks inevitability and other exceptions to the 4th Amendment, but that's somewhat irrelevant. If there are exigent circumstances, I doubt that ICE even knocks first.

That seems like a political issue for her constituents to determine the propriety of, and nothing close to a criminal action.
