Anyone notice how the GOPe pivoted to “legal” ballot harvesting?

Just another ploy to placate us upset people.
Never mind fixing the few counties that are corrupt. (Because that’s all it would take) They are now focusing on ballot harvesting and ignoring the blatant cheating. It’s like a huge secret…you must not discuss cheating or Dominion, but this is ok. They want everything that happened in 2020 just to go away, and for us all to believe this will level the playing field.
Never mind fixing the few counties that are corrupt. (Because that’s all it would take) They are now focusing on ballot harvesting and ignoring the blatant cheating. It’s like a huge secret…you must not discuss cheating or Dominion, but this is ok. They want everything that happened in 2020 just to go away, and for us all to believe this will level the playing field.

From here forward it will be impossible for anyone to win without the support of the political party itself.
If the ruling class deem you unfit, they wont put the machine to work for you. Just another tool in the toolbelt to maintain their power

I don't like it, but in states that it's legal, Republicans sure as hell have to play that game.

If the legislatures in those states aren't going to outlaw it, then they have to harvest. I hate it and think it is disgusting because if you don't care enough to either go take an hour out of your day or can't even bother mailing a ballot in, you don't deserve to be voting and canceling out those votes of people that do care.
Much less the influence that said harvester may impose. If you can't electioneer at the polling place who is making sure it isn't happening on somebody's doorstep.

There were/are people on this forum who called for conservatives to start doing this.
I'm not one of them. I would rather this cancer proliferate to the point of bringing the entire fricking system crashing down rather than bowing down and going along with it. To me, this is one of those issues where you are either a part of the problem (those who propone ballot harvesting, for any reason) or you are a part of the solution (standing completely against it).

The problem is that the population density of R voters is very low. It would take an enormous ground game to challenge the D machine, which can literally go to a single housing project, college campus, or urban area bar and get 100s of votes.

In principle I'm sort of there with you, but I'm not sure you crash the system by handing all power to the Left. We can refuse to harvest ballots and stand against the system, but it'll be a symbolic protest only because the winners of the game hold all the power - and why would they ever change the rules that benefit them?
