He is reportedly being investigated for a minor/sex trafficking ring.
Many are saying he'll just be the fall boy for many other bigger names.
All of the evidence seems like this case is a foregone conclusion... the man is guilty 100% in the court of public opinion.

That doesn't necessarily mean that they won't extradite. It just means that they consider it case by case rather than by a pre-determined criteria.
