Foo Fighters is the kind of band a psychopath would claim to be a fan of to appear normal in the way Patrick Bateman claims to love Huey Lewis and the News. They're so unrelentingly bland and generic that saying you're a fan of Foo Fighters is like saying your favorite color is beige or being really into minivans. How Dave Grohl started with Scream and Nirvana and ended up pushing soccer mom rock with the Foo Fighters is one of the great mysteries of our time.

*and, no, IDGAF what he said about Trump or anything else.

Exactly. It's rock music for guys that wear khakis to concerts.

I spoke of their music, not the man.

You think David Grohl is made of music?

I'm empathetic.
In fact after the preceding 8 years, I know just how he feels.

I’d bet you’re milquetoast yourself. Probably wear your little sweater halfway down one shoulder with your eyeliner running just a tad. You probably have one of those ghey man buns as well.

I hope it does too. That way I can laugh at the right just like I did when you bulldozed Dixie Chicks albums, that you paid for, on national TV, over a president and war that nome of you even want to acknowledge anymore. Please make me laugh again.

Man, I just looked it up.

Dixie chicks got wasted for their comments. Country music fans can be unforgiving.

They have rebranded themselves as country music exclusively for democrats. Now they have to tour abroad, because their stateside tours result massive cancellations.

quote:

Dixie Chicks CD’s were rounded up, and in one famous incident were run over by a bulldozer. Concerts were canceled in the US as the Dixie Chicks couldn’t sell tickets, and rival concerts were set up that would take Dixie Chicks tickets in exchange. The Dixie Chicks lost their sponsor Lipton, and the Red Cross denied a million dollar endorsement from the band, fearing it would draw the ire of the boycott.

I bet they absolutely would, to take back what the girl said. I mean, they would never admit it.

I always apologized to the Chinese for Obama whenever I traveled there during his Presidency. I can relate to DG on this one.

Try again.

Over the course of the band's career, four of its albums have won Grammy Awards for Best Rock Album. As of 2015, the band have sold 12 million copies in the United States alone.

Dave is a great guy and known as the coolest guy in rock. Foo Fighters live are also great.

There are no good conservative/right wing actors, musicians, comedians. Whatever your political stance you have to come over to the left side for your entertainment.

Did he even elaborate what he was ashamed of? What exactly has Trump done to be ashamed of as President?

They've lost 10s of millions each and they've on more than 1 occasion doubled down on it and you're right, country fans never forget.

Your extreme sacrifice is appropriate given that Trump explained that he made sacrifices during the Vietnam War like battling the risks of STDs.

Think whatever you want about grohl's political beliefs, but this is just untrue. Grohl played every instrument on FF's debut record and recorded it by himself before he had a band.

Is a great album, no not really. But cobain was an overrated hack. There I said it.
