Not really. Infowars says its confirmed, CNN says sources say its very likely. Let's assume the truth is somewhere in the middle and he's out in 6 months.

Not disagreeing with you but our problem is not only Kennedy.
You would not have Obamacare if Roberts wasn't a swing vote himself.
The mandate was up before the court and should have been discarded.
Kennedy voted against the bullshite that the government could tax us for the only sin of being alive.
Roberts not only allowed it but wrote the majority opinion, while at the same time rewriting a law for congress so that it would be allowed.

there are reports thomas is considering retirement as well
like i said during the Gorsuch nomination drama, the DEMs forcing the nuclear option is going to frick them. hard.
if Ginsberg or Breyer dies (they're 78 and 84), that's a 6-3 court. if both die? 7-2
just for perspective, a 7-2 court means that Roberts and Gorsuch are now a "liberal" faction
