If you are meaning one race did have a choice and one didn't back at the beginning, then yes. I can see that you're trying to lead me into a "gotcha" by saying that the people now had a choice and came on their own, the same as European whites in the beginning. The issue of telling a minority to go back to where they come from is pointing out that they are not the same race, and trying to say that because they are not the same race that you are superior over them for not being and to go back to the country where the majority is the same race that you are.
