Leaks over the abortion case led to several attempts to harm SC Justices in order to influence said case.

Following the Fact that Chuck You Schumer threatened them on national TV.

Some leaks are not in the interest of our country.

Sure thing, pal.

I, on the other hand, will be paying rapt attention and hanging on every word you post trying to glean market advice from a God's honest "trillionaire."

frickin clown

(They never learn, folks. They step up and get slapped down every damn time. It's hilarious)

Ketanji just happened to be discussing the shadow docket on the 13th at Yale.

The Dobbs decision leak should have been the easiest one to solve. It was basically ignored. That leads me to believe that Roberts wanted it leaked.

I’ve been thinking it’s Roberts. Just like slow rolling the Louisiana vs Callais case.

Remember…their whole goal is to stop Trump.

You might have an argument if the leaks weren't blatantly one way.

The left started threatening to murder justices with the Dobbs leak.

That's what the post is alluding to.

They 100% added votes for Biden.

Look at his vote total.

Look at Obama’s total.

The man didn’t campaign, couldn’t speak and had almost zero popular support (signs, bumper stickers, etc).

They absolutely added votes, but I’m not discounting the possibility that they also played games with red county totals because whatever their response was to HRC losing in 2016 the establishment reacted like it as an extinction level event if it wasn’t addressed immediately.

Multiple other races were impacted at the senate and congressional level as well with guys like James in Michigan losing races as they ran the cheating schemes against Trump up ticket.

Right on cue for the poli board slackjaws... find the leaker! Don't look at the man behind the curtain!

The memos show that this was always the plan. Roberts, in 2016, decided that protecting conservative policy goals from an Obama regulation was worth blowing up the Court’s procedures. He did it with sloppy reasoning, cherry-picked facts, and a complete indifference to the harms on the other side of the ledger. *That* is the scandal. That has always been the scandal. The leak is just how we found out about it.

One answer, a DEI hire that can’t define what a woman is. That’s where it started, it continues even today. She has no ethics or Marla’s.

These leakers didn’t stumble into the New York Times by accident.

They ran there with knives drawn, targeting the conservative majority because it dares to restore constitutional order.

This isn’t whistleblowing.

It’s institutional sabotage by pathological ideologues who cannot win in open court, so they poison the chambers from within.

These are not principled dissenters.

They are malignant actors, driven by a venomous psychology that sees every originalist ruling as a personal affront to their progressive utopia.

Unable to defeat textualism through argument, they weaponize leaks as psychological warfare...timed to smear, intimidate, and delegitimize Justices Thomas, Alito, and the rest who refuse to legislate from the bench.

Article III exists precisely to shield the judiciary from this kind of factional rot.

The Framers designed an independent Court to stand above the passions of the moment; these leaks are a direct assault on separation of powers itself.

For the future of the institution and the public’s eroding faith in it, Roberts has to guarantee total transparency.

Deploy the Bureau.

Conduct a ruthless, professional investigation.

Follow the evidence wherever it leads...clerks, staff, chambers, no matter whose arse is on the line.

Expose the culprits. Prosecute the crimes.

Excise the cancer with lethal precision.

We must hunt these leakers down because their sole, singular purpose is to harm conservatives on the Court and fracture the rule of law.

No mercy for these institutional traitors.
The Republic demands it

During that rapid fire question and answer series, Gill was trying to emphasize how nothing was being done to pursue justice under President Biden, but in advertently he asked about the Dobbs decision and Pam Bondi started to give the road answer when something is under federal investigation and then stopped realizing what she had just revealed and then said no no action UNDER BIDEN.

Buckle up folks!
