There has been a war on white people for quite a while and was put into overdrive during the Obama administration through the guise of DEI/BLM/Wokism. It's a tactic that was implemented by the left for 2 reasons, to cause division/chaos and to ultimately lay claim that whites are racist when we finally rise up and say no more of this bullshite and take the law into our own hands.

Personally, I couldn't give 2 shits if I'm viewed as racist. At this point it's statistics and you better play with the odds in your favor.

It’s a sign of fricking barbarians who don’t gaf bc it’s a white girl. Hell, they might’ve had the same reaction if it was a black girl stabbed. They just dgaf.

Eh i get it and at first glance yeah it seems crazy. But they are people in a random highly stressful situation and are likely processing wtf just happened and instinct being to simply shut down and mind ones business and hopefully everything is okay and it all goes away. Everyone was not okay nor did it go away but trying to judge someone’s thoughts right there in the moment is impossible. Were you sitting in one of those seats it’s easy to say “yeah I would have jumped up and helped and tackled the guy and everything else” but the reality is you probably would have been equally confused and scared and just trying to grapple with what just happened

It’s about impossible to avoid being around blacks but your best bet is to avoid malls, gas stations (they love to hang around those for whatever reason), any type of festivals, sports events, Walmart, any sort of public transportation, places like those.

Thing is I should be able to enjoy a festival, sporting event, mall without dealing with that or worrying about my safety. It’s time we stop running or avoiding it to our own detriment. Time to put a stop to it. Either act like a civilized person in a developed first world nation or get the frick out. If you want to kill people and shoot up the world and live in squalor there are several sub Saharan African nations where you’d fit right in

Damn, you nailed it. Mountain harbor is the busiest place in the county. I'm on the north side of the lake, I can barely see my closest neighbor when the leaves are off the trees.

Land prices here have unfortunately caught up with the outside world lately. Your best bet for some peace and quiet and a half decent price is the east side of the county.

I will enjoy the water only on a boat any longer.

It’s a thug free zone 10 miles out or in the middle of a 5 mile wide river.

When I lived in New Orleans, I sewed a lot of my clothes. At one Hancock Fabrics looking for a particular pattern, I started talking to some black women. One was about to move her family back to Mississippi. I asked why. Her answer was simple and blunt: her children were still in grade school and she didn't want them to pick up the bad habits of so many blacks in high school.

Thomas Sowell is not a human being?

Sowell resonates with you because he is incredibly smart and you are smart enough to understand him. He also benefits from being so exceptional compared to other people who look like him. We want more black people to be like Sowell. But there aren’t many. He doesn’t resonate with many of them, because he is too smart. He is much more “human”, in the sense of being able to function well in human society, than average.

Barak Obama? Oprah Winfrey?

Two exceptional individuals who could have used their platforms to make things better. I don’t know what Oprah has done, but Obama was a key part of making things much worse instead.

And what about kind and good black people you have known? Your post was an emotional reaction (I hope), but it is wrong.

It doesn’t matter anymore. People have had enough, and those good elements haven’t been able to stop the bad elements.

This is it.

The Charlotte stabbing was a tragedy for that young lady and her family, but we are all living through a decades-long tragedy of not being able to enjoy our own country in peace.
Most people avoid all of these places and don’t even realize they are being robbed of anything by this avoidance.

It’s time for this to end.

I agree with this and your entire post. I objected to someone posting that black people aren’t humans. We can’t give in to that kind of barbarism.
