"Judge shopped". The FBI filed a search warrant petition in the US District Court where the search was to take place, the Southern District of Florida. They were required to do that by law.
I don't know why they got the magistrate judge instead of one of the District Judges, because I don't practice in Florida.

Andrew Yang is a progressive retard, but I believe he is sincere in his beliefs unlike most other politicians, especially progressives. Tulsi G. is in this same mold...garbage policy but she sincerely believes it is needed and will work. At least you can sit across the table and disagree with them without being called a racist and a bigot.

Now, with a legit Army of Agents that Could almost sellout Tiger Stadium, all opposition will be flogged to death in tax audits.

It seems like this was authorized by a local judge and a particular FBI office without buy-in or notification of higher levels of government.
A raid of this nature was not conducted without an OK from the highest levels in the Justice Department and that necessarily entails an OK from the Biden White House.
