quote:

I’m no Trump fan. I want him as far away from the White House as possible. But a fundamental part of his appeal has been that it’s him against a corrupt government establishment. This raid strengthens that case for millions of Americans who will see this as unjust persecution.

It seems like this was authorized by a local judge and a particular FBI office without buy-in or notification of higher levels of government. But literally no one will believe that or make a distinction. It’s probably bureaucratic but it seems political.

“If they raided his home just to find classified documents he took from The White House,” one legal expert noted, “he will be re-elected president in 2024, hands down. It will prove to be the greatest law enforcement mistake in history.”

I sounds reasonable half the time. He goes nuts when he talks about universal income though.

It would actually look better if that wasn’t the case.

It makes the FBI look incredibly partisan if they judge-shopped for this.

Another soap box performance.

Tweets are fricking meaningless. He will delete this is he decides to run for POTUS again.

And ended up using a judge who was previously Epstein's lawyer. Just a coincidence I'm sure.

This just gives insight into their current thought processes.

Many leftists (notables being Andrew Yang, Cuomo, Meghan McCain, among others) recognize the inherent negatives here.

It’s out now deleting only makes things worse and is meaningless. Social media has a long memory.

People need to understand that the FBI from the top down is not above criticism. They are not the noble organization that the media portrays them as. Lot of vipers in that nest.

If anyone thinks that a local office would undertake such monumental treachery with no discussion/agreement from above they are a complete moron. No. That really doesnt say it. IT DID NOT HAPPEN WITHOUT PERMISSION FROM THE HIGHEST LEVELS

How the hell else did Eric Holder come to make his "indictment and prison" statement within an hour or two?

Anyone else tired of the FURTHER damage being caused by Obama continuing to govern against the law?

He's gotta give credit where it's due. Trump gave UBI a chance under COVID so Yang has to be a fan.

He doesn't believe it for a second, but if he wants to be relevant in the Democratic Party he must tow the line
