To everyone saying to shoot the tires out this wasn’t a death sentence he made it one by backing up and trying to run the cops over. I hope he enjoys hell

According to Fox the family has seen it and is now calling for paitence, sounds like the cops might be cleared then if the family and money chasing Ben Kump is not fueling flames of riots.

You don't actually believe a money hungry race hustler would do anything other than race hustle, do you?

Attorneys say Brown backed up and tried to hit officers @WAVY_News

Jason Marks deleted this tweet. The lawyers said that Brown avoided the officers.

Has the video been released yet? All I care about at this point. Hard to have an opinion without seeing it.

Search warrant service if I understood correctly? I’m sure Andy was a good boy and did nothing to warrant his door getting kicked.

I'm sure you didn't listen to the fricking news. He was sitting in his car with BOTH hands on the stirring wheel, shot in the back. Car riddled with bullets, police department have had the body cam video for 140 HOURS, yet only allowed the family 20 SECONDS of video to watch.
Also, the officers involved, all their faces were redacted from the video. Now, when the frick do you redacted body cam video of officers involved? Maybe, just maybe when you're covering shite up.

Was the car moving?

Or maybe it's policy for that area and jurisdiction. Sounds like you're calling for mob justice.

That's their job and what they always do every time an idiotic police department lets the "family" view the video first.

The family DIDN'T view the video first. The police department VIEWED the video for 140 HOURS before letting the family view 20 SECONDS of the entire video.

The attorneys then get to spin or straight up lie about whats in the video

The police department can be transparent from the beginning or try to cover shite up as such in this situation.

Hold a press conference. Say how the police department view the video, then release the whole thing. frick the family.

This is a total frick up by this clueless police department but we all know, we gonna hear about how horrible a person Andrew Brown was, and so forth and so on. Yet you won't hear shite about how all those officers fired from the back of the car and killed Andrew Brown.

I don't know NC policy - state laws vary and local PD's have their own policies about this shite. I wouldn't read much into it yet. However, if they don't release the video pretty soon, it will look suspicious.

I think every PD should follow the Columbus PD's lead and get this shite out ASAP. Again, state laws/policies might prevent that. If so, just copy Ohio's laws/policies. They did it right.

Apparently the police department in Elizabeth City, NC are not very smart. They said they were going to release it and then they didn't. Now everyone is suspicious of them. There will be more shenanigans from this group. Watch them doctor the video or downsample it.

Agree 100%. I was just addressing the idea that lawyers said he drove at officers, which was an errant tweet.

Or just maybe the police department fricked up and is covering shite up. So, 7 officers are on administrative leave, 2 officers resigned and 1 officer retired since the incident. Police department only released ONE video cam footage from only ONE officer and only for 20 seconds. Now you tell me in your infinite wisdom, what the frick does this smell like?

According to ALL that saw the video, at NO TIME, did he back his car up. Matter of fact, according to the lawyers, the shooting had started and you can clearly see his hands on the steering wheel. I guess you would have been a juror that would have acquitted Chauvin sorry arse.

Well if you can redact the video of all officers involved, then what's the fricking point in having the body cams? If it's a clean shooting, then one would think you wouldn't have to redact the images of the officers involved.
