I’m ok with reparations on one condition.
They must hire a forensic accountant to track their closest relative in slavery. Track that lost income forward and find who holds that money now.

Any wrong doings have more or less been given to the American Indians. The United States was not really involved in the slave trade although there was a short period of time they leased slaves through contract for ship building in the early 1800s.

The problem is, they don't have to convince us, all they have to do is convince our politicians, who have proven time and again to be among the most worthless of pieces of shite on the planet. Not really, its a legal problem. What this would be is a gift, the U.S. can give gifts see stimulus check, but giving checks on race would be unconstitutional.
They can send a check to everyone, but not just to black people.
Reparations could be done, but the problem is... what they are wanting is a gift from a third party.

Ultimately reparations solve nothing. It’s putting a bandaid on a bulletin hole.
My question to the left. We give blacks money as reparations, then what???? What does that do long term to solve the real problems that no one wants to address (Blackmon black crime, epidemic of teenage pregnancy, no father figures in the home etc)
