It’s a hearing, you insane dolt. With witnesses, attorneys present, testimony under oath.
It’s a legal proceeding.

False. You do not get to negotiate terms with a judge and jury, flout deadlines, and dictate courtroom procedures.
You fail..... again.
You fail..... again.

In America:
Prosecution has the burdon of proof
You cannot be a witness against yourself
You have the right to face your accuser
You have the right to competent council
I could argue all 4 of those are being attacked and completely disregarded by the Progressives pushing this agenda.
Title IX has resulted in all of these being attacked on college campuses.

I remember my last job interview... my legal team wouldn't let me get a word in edgewise once the hiring manager put me under oath.

DEMOCRATs just pooh-pooh this - and claim this is not a prosecution. Nobody wants to send him to prison - they just want an "honest conversation about sexual abuse" - and Kavanaugh is supportive of sexual abuse because he , , ah . . er . . . hm ... JUST IS!!!

This isn’t a plaintiff. Try again.

If it’s really an attempted rape, Christine Blasey should take a trip over to Maryland while she’s there and file a report.
I seem to have heard that she = or one of her attorneys = said she actually 'feared for her life"
If that is so, the Maryland law enforcement should take up the case and put everypne who attended that high school on oath to tell all they know about both she and Brett.

Even accepting this retarded response, aren't Dems/libs pushing to prohibit questions about criminal histories from job applications and interviews?

Yeah. I’m sure they constructed the story so that it was rape rape. The downside is that when their bluff gets called, they can still file charges to prove they’re serious.

This “job interview” talking point is all over Twitter. I dont understand how this makes anything better.
The precedent this is setting is that you are presumed to be a liar if your employer disagrees with your political views. I don’t and will never understand how a political party who makes fighting discrimination a rallying cry, is perfectly ok with discriminating against hiring someone bc it presumes negative employment performance based on one’s politics. The USA was founded upon free expression- mainly because of politics. It is counter to a free society to discriminate based on political views, or the correctness thereof.
Democrats have no logic. No honor. Only emotion.

If someone calls your employer and says “He raped me,” your employer will say, “Call the police.”

You sound like the typical trash that lives from lawsuit-to-lawsuit.

Only serves to bolster this part of the OP:
quote:
It is not a criminal trial, which is why I did not cite amendments, but it is not unreasonable to see the same people supporting this situation supporting similar criminal trials, so the point stands as valid to me.

I'd like to know where. I want to be able to open a plaintiff's practice wherever those rules apply.
