No one in this thread has addressed or disputed ACB constantly voting with Democrats. The reason Amy Coney Barrett CONTINUOUSLY votes with Democrats is because she was hand picked by this guy
but i would side with her decision here, especially if it's to permit payment for services already rendered by those contracted by the government to do so

Help me out here because honestly my knee jerk would be to agree with the conservative justices and disagree with the liberal Wing but honestly what was the logic of minority in the court for why we shouldn't pay for work already completed?
I'm not saying that Amy Coney Barrett hasn't been an issue at times but I just don't understand how we could simply not pay for work the government procured. We can certainly look at the work and think it was stupid but that's not the fault of the people that we procured it from

Just pointing out that Roberts is still 100% on the side of the liberals when his vote would be the deciding vote. He only side with a conservative majority when his vote is not the deciding vote.
