Wait. Is the decision that the payments that were promised by the previous admin have to go out?
If so, fine. We can still cut future payments. Which is what’s going to happen.
If not, that’s a really bad decision.

^ Someone who actually read the ruling…I agree. It’s for “services” already provided…nothing to prevent cancellation of ongoing/future contracts.
The problem and issue at hand is one district court judge being allowed to singularly halt an executive order.
We need to impeach rogue judges and remove them…if we arbitrarily ignore court orders we don’t like, then we will reap the whirlwind next time the Leftists return to power and do vice-versa.

The ruling is not even that - in effect you take your car in for repairs and then change owners and the new owner wants the car but not pay for actual repairs done.
Basically the US owes for actual work completed prior to the freeze so it's not just money to some ngo to do with as they please it's for actual work done.
Now, one can question if the work done ie gay Sesame Street is worth it but if actually done - pay it.
