You're hiding from the video of the incidents... there were hundreds inside... that's why the guards were outnumbered. 2 Guards could've gunned down 20 people.

I condone criminal charges against everyone that broke into the capital, especially those that hurt people or vandalized the building. And there were way more than 20 that broke into the building to do that.
I am not okay with penalizing people for attending a political rally. But you knew that, just like you know that what those people did in the capital was incredibly wrong even if they had good reasons to distrust our lawmakers.
You just had to misrepresent my point to feel right.

Do you know this to be a fact?
Because a lot were charged in Portland for trying to light the courthouse on fire. I agree that most of them (nationwide) got a slap on the wrist, if that.

Pretty sure I saw someone say that these videos are from November and December and are people who were in trouble for not wearing masks on planes/causing disturbances.
