Who is Patton Oswalt?
Aside from some bit parts in the Hunger Games, is Jeffrey Wright all that significant?
Jessica Chastain - who cares
George Takei hasn't been relevent since.....he's never been relevent
Billy Eichner.....who
Jim Carrey ..... so what he's Canadian
My point is, these are a bunch of nobodies, has beens , never was and never will be types for the ,most part...they are not important, they should stop thinking they are .....and so should you.

Patton Oswalt has been around for awhile. He'd be a "that guy from that movie" for most people. He used to be on the dais for the Comedy Central celebrity roasts.
Jeffrey Wright has had some significant roles, including WestWorld (one of the main characters) and he played a major role in one season of Boardwalk Empire. A friend of mine in NYC knows him and they hang out occasionally.
But I totally agree with you. They are not nearly as important as they think they are and I don't give a rat's arse what they tell me to do, politically or personally.

Keep speaking out idiots. I'm sure your fuhrer Hillary felt all of your arse kissing. So did your producers.

You get it.
I go alsong with you and Billy Ray Valentine-- the best way to hurt rich people is by turning them into poor people.

Celebrities are like court jesters or carnies with good teeth.
They exist to entertain me.
Nothing more.

Let's prove it by not watching any damn thing they are in.

Andy Lassner, producer of the insufferably smug The Ellen Show sneered: 'Good luck 'Saturday Night Live' on trying to make this any more f***ing ridiculous than it already is.' Jeffrey Wright raged: 'Can't even watch this vile, deceitful fraud and his bizarre cult of self-interested sycophants.' Patton Oswalt seethed: 'I'm gonna fact check this speech: whatever he just said was bullsh*t.' Jessica Chastain urged people not to watch the speech at all. Billy Eichner fumed: 'The President is a lying, incompetent, racist, misogynist sack of sh*t.' And George Takei spouted: 'I'm not watching some frothing orange gorilla read off a teleprompter.' On and on it went, with these stars and many more assuming America agreed with them. But it turned out the vast majority of Americans DIDN'T agree with them, which suggests they're no longer listening to what celebrities say about politics or Donald Trump.
After reading this delicious melt I'm starting to think that maybe, just maybe there will be no need for physical confrontation with the Looney Left.
I envision a scene, similar to the scene in the movie, "Mars Attacks!" Where Slim Whitman music is playing over loudspeakers and the Martians heads just start exploding. I could see this same scene happening with Trump's SOTU being played over a loud speaker system at a SJW/pussy hat wearing demonstration and their heads just start exploding.

His quote will not challenged, but if somebody had said the exact same thing about Obama, they’d get blasted as a racist.

They were the lowest form of public figure in Rome, and derided as such. For they pretended to do things, rather than actually so them. And where’s the honor and courage in that?

Of course. I mean we always knew it, but I really think Kimmel was the last straw. I’ve said this quite a bit on this board, but Bill Maher is now the most right wing late night host right now. The fact is most of the country find Maher insufferable, and now all the late night hosts are more insufferable than he is. They really just want to silence and give the middle finger to half the country, but Maher at least gives them a platform.
And last night Jimmy Kimmel called Juanita Broaddrick a whore and equating her with a porn star, despite the rape claims. Then he shits on every Republican/Trump Supporter with a DACA segment, something 90% of Americans are for but he felt the need just to equate the average Trump supporter or Republican being against this. He’s over the line. I thought Sarah Silverman was a delusional Leftist, but she has done the exact opposite of what he’s done. I think she gets that the key is discussion, while Kimmel just silences others and mocks them, and doesn’t give them a platform. Kimmel is everything that is emotionally (not criminally) wrong with Hollywood.

Damn that’s scary. But a pretty spot on assessment. Kimmel is broken to a point he may never get right again.

Yes, and it’s worth repeating in order to get the media back on track. I’m 100% sure Maher would never suck up to Hillary in the same way that literally all of his contemporaries have done. To be honest, I don’t think he’d have her even if she wanted to go on his show.
But the rest of them are like “Hey, let’s keep on bringing on this feminist hero who should be President.” Hillary Clinton was as good of a representation to feminism as OJ Simpson was to civil rights. Say what you will about Oprah, but thematically speaking, she’d make a great story for the first female President. Celebrated feminists like Hillary and Linda Sarsour are a black eye in feminism.
