This situation is a great microcosm of what’s being done on a larger scale TO patriotic Americans day in and day out.
-Media works hand in hand with destructive leftists.
-Media and leftists use our founding principles of freedom of speech, and importance of “journalism” against us by creating false narratives and lies as propaganda.
-Media and leftists instigate (or outright stage) hatred and violent events.
-Media and leftists poke, prod, and provoke the rational people our fine nation until someone has had a bad enough day to react.
-Media highlights and plays on repeat whatever hateful narrative they had prepared for that instance (in this case “bad, far-right, hateful white supremacists”) to try and make it real to the people of this nation.
-Media works hand in hand with destructive leftists.

Was the reporter provocative or offensive, justifying Keltner’s reaction? Maybe. I suspect that the reporter’s own video will eventually answer that question.
At the same time, it appears that Keltner himself may have been a bit of a hothead. Look at the BGM footage. BGM was a loudmouth arse, but it was Keltner who initiated physical contact between the two ... chest-bumping BGM.

ETA: this is not to say the agenda was murder. It is to say the agenda was to incite violence. That is also a target rich environment. His actions are hard to defend.

A trained security detail should have removed his charge from the scene and there was ample opportunity to do so.
He did not. He failed and killed someone that didn’t need to die. Pulling his weapon in that scenario created more danger for the pussy producer as more guns could have been pulled.
