Sorry, but you are so damned wrong. When they have the trial, who is it that will be the defendant Dr. House Atl? It damn sure won't be the weapon, it will be THE SOB THAT PULLED THE TRIGGER.
That's right chuckles, the one that was responsible for this heinous act, the one that did it, the one that pulled the trigger. Not the freaking gun, but the person that used it.

Well seeing him for what he is when he is pro-American does in fact make you unAmerican (no such word with that spelling but you get the gist). Problem with you Clark is you either can't see him for what he is or your vision is so blinded by your "team loyalty" to the bottom fishing anti-American, anti economic boom, anti-minority hiring boom and anti-freedom crowd that you refuse to see what he stands for. Maybe the solution is not to go histrionic every time it happens and try to throw away the bill of Rights, for something that kills fewer people than pretty much any other cause if death you care to name. If the choice is between freedom and safety, pick freedom and don't be a pussy
