...of something he's doing that is fundamentally, basically, literally unconstitutional.

The talking points then shift to 47 going against "norms" or "historical standards" ...sorry if you don't like a new way of doing things but there is no constitutional requirement regarding norms or ways things have been done so keep doing them the same.

Anyway.

It "feels" like he is shredding it to them, so that is their truth.

He appears to be pretty directly and unequivocally ignoring a 9-0 supreme court order. That’s not just norms or standards, that’s something significant.

It’s early days since that decision, so this warrants a little more time to see how the situation evolves. But saying there’s absolutely no reason to even be concerned here is asinine.

By not doing what? Kidnapping a MS-13 gang member from his own country and bringing him back here just so we could deport him again?

I'm more concerned with judicial overreach and have been for some time. I'm not concerned about about a president ignoring them, I'm glad it's happening.

See herein lies the issue...

is totally different than hair on fire sky screaming about the world is ending and 47 is ruining America and on and on.

this is how normal people think. not panic and screaming about shredding the constitution.

Are you really arguing Trump is that much of a powerless pussy? He is so weak he couldn't negotiate the return? Is that really the hill you want to die on?

Folks that have TDS are inherently flawed somehow. Thier level of cynicism prevents them from seeing reality. IMHO

The default for Leftists to stop something they don't like is to tie it up in the bureaucracy of the court system until those pushing it are out of office or forget about it (being distracted by some shiny, new cause du jour). When they piss and moan about something being unconstitutional without providing the actual means for which it is, what they are usually doing is bitching because whoever is pushing that "something" has found a way to circumvent their lawfare.

To paraphrase a recent quote, when they say "unconstitutional" what they really mean is "unbureaucratic".

The USSC just had a 9-0 ruling...

What the frick does that have to do with whether or not he's shredding the Constitution or not following some non-existent supreme court order? What a desperate post on your part

Don’t be intentionally stupid to try to get a dunk in an argument. It’s not a good look

Are you really trying to go with this pathetic argument when the ruling clearly is in favor of the president's position? Look I get that you feel compelled to argue because you're a lawyer but that's fricking retarded

This is the answer your fishing for, I'll give it to you..... Trump could, if he wanted to.

He doesn't. Trump isn't interested in returning an illegal back into our country, he's trying to get em out!

I don't think that is nearly as clear as you're projecting

The above comment does not ignore the jurisdiction on issues along with possible overreach by The district Court. Even with those issues the Supreme Court was very clear about the requirements of due process and the necessary facilitation

Where does it say he needs to negotiate the return of a guy who isn't a US citizen...and why should he?
