The Trump admin has already admitted in court that the thousands of students they already attempted to strip visas from have no criminal charges or pending criminal charges against them, nor are they deemed a threat to national security in any way. They've already backtracked on a few thousand of them.
I guess this move is to try to find something, anything to prop up their prior actions and current course. This doesn't do much to quell the "Donald is carrying water for the Jews" accusations that many, even here, have made.

What a load of crap. A visa isn't a right. Don't disrespect the country. How simple is that. You want to come here, then don't be a pain in the arse while here.
As far as waste of time, most big companies now check social media as part of their hiring. Why should a foreigner be exempt from the same standard?

The whole theory was supposed to be that you walked out of college theoretically educated whatever that word specifically means. But nowadays you've got tons of Majors which are so fricking niche that they barely are more than a intellectual trade. If that.
And what exactly do we mean by educated anyways? I mean I have a master's degree. I like to think I'm pretty educated. But there's tons of shite where I would be lost as frick next to people that most would refer to as uneducated. The same Bubba who probably would be lost as frick if I talked about statistical analysis or hell even just relatively basic geometry would probably be the first guy I called if the power went out for a protracted amount of time and I needed to figure out how to live off the land.
For some reason our colleges have decided that not only are they somehow a population of people better than the rest of us but that it's wise social policy to teach people who go to college to look down their noses at everybody else who didn't.
The university system should be a net positive for the country but in many ways they become the proximate cause of a great many of our social problems

At minimum there are massive human rights abuses and if Bibi was in any other country we would be calling him a war criminal
