Not really. JJ is a DNA vaccine that is delivered to the cells via an adenovirus vector. It contains no antigen, spike, or inactivated virus. Just like the mRNA vaccines, it provides instructions for your body produce the spike from scratch.

I got downvoted to oblivion on this site just a few weeks ago for saying that nurse friends of mine are all saying they're seeing positive, fully vaccinated people in their offices all the time.

My GF tested positive around Christmas. Completely asymptomatic. My kids and I all got tested because we were around her. We all came back negative. The GF and I went to give blood 6 weeks later, ny antibodies test came back showing antibodies, hers had none. Took the kids to have antibody tests. Two had them one didnt. My conclusion is tests are garbage.

What's not to get? You don't get symptoms, but you can still get covid. You can still carry and transmit covid with these vaccines. Pfizer and Moderna are not the same style as before. These aren't herd immunity vaccines. These are individual protection vaccines. The tests are still positives, but they don't impact the individual.
If you do get symptoms with the vaccine, the vaccine is supposed to significantly reduce those as well.

All it means is that you will not be severe and can stay out of the hospital.

There is not a single recorded instance of someone receiving the Pfizer or Moderna vax and transmitting COVID.
Even the fricktards at the CDC now admit that.
