Certainly not but in your usual manner you are being obtuse in your responses attempting to compare apples to ribeye steaks...

What crime do you think Trump has committed?

Was the law the law when she had her people cut "Top Secret" off of documents in the SCIF and then scan and send those documents to her?

I can't recall.

I don't think he's committed a crime, but NY has a law about fraudulent business records that may apply

Create enough vague laws and everyone is a criminal if they want to set their sights on you. That's the whole point.

Hillary Clinton got fined.

You cool with a two tier justice system?

Did I ever say our Police State was even-handed? Why are you applying general principles of being just to a system I claimed is corrupt?

There have been a litany of those. That is not the point of the OP.

Application of law (or lack thereof) in isolation is not the point of the OP. Police brutality is not the point of the OP. Legal mistakes or incompetency are not the point of the OP.

Weaponization of Law through deliberately unequal application is the point of the OP. The applicable term is Lawfare.

Two previous DAs and the FEC disagree. Now suddenly, a hyperpartisan legal slob who constantly lets democrat crime ride, wants to contrive a persecution of an ex-POTUS solely because of politics.

This is hilariously stupid. One has absolutely nothing to do with the other.

There are not even any "LEOs" involved in this. It is all rogue prosecutors, i.e. lawyers.

Tell me what uniformed cops are involved with this. shite, tell me ANY cops that are involved in this.

It's time to retire from TD. You are losing it more each and every day. It's sad to watch you deteriorate so quickly.

Is your main activity in life setting up false premises, creating straw men side steps, and denigrating for miniscule distraction efforts?

What you post is always applicable to anyone and no one at the same time. and always directed at something or some point you are trying to needle ceaselessly.

Do you think murder and rape being a crime is purely a function of "the Police State"?

Then after being proven relative scofflaw the leftist affront of more leading questions about new efforts at straw men.

Find the blame FIND THE BLAME!

You're selectively picking one "easy" example to try to refute a discussion about systemic issues.

Hey guess what, I can do that too. You believe that criminal laws based in fraud are necessary, right?

If you're honest you will say "Yes". Then I ask, "so you support the law that NY is using against Trump, right?"

Agreed,,,, the question you have to ask yourself to determine if this whole thing is politically motivated or not is.... "with everything going on in the world right now from a safety/security standpoint, do you think that Trump's alleged 'crime' should be on the top of any DA's list to prosecute?"

Any objective party would clearly answer, 'no'.

Yep - I quit responding to him ages ago - totally insincere about everything - waste of time -
