Legally she is 100% right, logically she is retarded. Having a required class that black people don't/can't pass as often as white people is against both state and federal law. I know it is stupid but it is the law.

Whenever interviewing a potential employee, make sure you ask them a question they should know based upon their education. Even a Freshman level question can tell a lot. You will be surprised at how many don't remember or never learned the basics.
