Wouldn't that justify a mistrial if his own attorneys did that? I guess I'm naive af.

Which one? Both of the slurry word jumblers urged people to get jabbed. Though Trump was much more quiet about it especially after he got boos for pushing it at that rally in Alabama.

Trump encouraged people to get it. Biden tried to force people to get it. There is a huge difference between the two.

Why would that justify a mistrial?

Your honor, my attorneys accidentally disclosed texts and emails I was under court order to disclose. Please declare a mistrial.

Why do people think the text message should have been considered a privileged communication? It wasn’t a communication between the witness and his lawyer? Maybe the lawyers knowingly produced it because the discovery request asked for all texts messages. They reviewed the messages. And nothing was harmful.

I watched the clip posted from YouTube. There really wasn’t anything terrible in the one texts that referenced SandyBrook, other than the fact that it mentioned Sandy Brook.

I understand that that witness previously testified that he did a search of his phone and it showed no texts. I’m not sure why a subsequent search by a forensic phone expert using software that can search and find all texts, including deleted texts, somehow makes the witnesses prior testimony untruthful.

Jones had the chance to make it go away, and continued to die on that hill.

He's going to get taken to the wringer. And he did it to himself.

It’s okay to be conservative and think Alex Jones is an idiot. He gets some things right, but he’s still an idiot.

In Miss Cleo style, yes he does get some things right. His career, though, has been full of making specific claims or presenting outlandish information, then the events not happening or the information being completely inaccurate. More frequently than not, when he is wrong he moves the goal posts, or claims “the globalists’ plots have been thwarted by the actions of the infowarriors”. Honestly most of his show is reading a headline, not bothering to actually read the content of the article from the headline, then creating fiction from thin air that fits with globalist conspiracy narratives. He is an incredibly talented bullshite artist, but that being the case just about everything he says is bullshite.

Anyone who hitches their wagons to Alex Jones at this point is a retard.

Sucks he's being railroaded but this dipshit is snakebit. He's like the guy in Robocop who's about to get smoked by ED209 in the boardroom, and he's trying to get behind people and they're all just throwing him away from them and back into the line of fire.

Just did a quick read of a Texas Monthly article on this trial. The two lead lawyers almost got into a literal brawl last week, and had to be physically separated.

Damn, I bet this would be an entertaining thing to watch.

It’s been a circus. I’ve tried to keep up, but I don’t have the time or stamina to watch the entire thing.

If that (the bankruptcy) is the case, doesn't some mega-judgment go away and Jones goes on his merry way?

That’s going to be another interesting angle as the case moves on. You generally cannot discharge liabilities or judgments that arise from intentional acts. Defamation requires intent. Similar to the American Heard deal.

But this was a default judgment so there’s been no specific finding of intent, so is it dischargeable? That’s not even getting into whether a Texas appellate court will reverse finding the default was premature.

Alex Jones is not someone I strictly adhere to, but he's right more often than your average lefty. We don't elect our crazies to Congress or the WH. Next time you want to make fun of one of "ours", you may want to keep in mind that you have about 2/3 of the Congressional Black Caucus (a clown show, sorry not sorry), AOC, Fat Abrams, Dementia Joe, Kamalol Harris, Grandma Vodka Pelosi, the Cuomo Homos, Rear Admiral Booty-Judge, Mr. "Rachel" Levine, Buck-Tooth Beta, KFC (SCOTUS Justice who doesn't know what a woman is), Circle-Back Girl, I-Don't-Have-Anything Girl (who replaced Circle-Back Girl), not to mention Latoya, Miss "I Been Witch Hunt", and the list goes on and on...

I am still hoping someone can tell me what "privilege" might have applied to these records. The only similar situation I have seen personally was accidental production by opposing counsel of something that was arguable "attorney work product." We spotted it and sent it back to him, no questions asked.

It’s sad that you’re so team oriented here that you feel the need to claim Jones and mount some type of defense on his behalf.

Worse, this is all a false flag operation and Alex Jones does not really have attorneys, nor is he actually on trial. There's some double secret deep state shite going on here. Scary.
