Unless of course the father wants the child aborted too. That's fine in that scenario, amirite?...
To me, no that part isn't right. Everything else you said, correct.

I've always wondered what would happen if a unilateral abortion would ever be challenged in court if the father said he wanted to keep the child

This scenario has been discussed for years and it’s always come back to the rights of the woman overriding the rights of the father..... it’s BS! If the father agrees to take full responsibility for the child there’s absolutely no reason to terminate/murder the child.

Its pretty fricked up that a child is not a child until the woman makes that proclamation.

Watch the defense say, "Prove it was your baby."

That will add another wrinkle

True but that is also feasible this day and age.

I have tons of mixed feelings on this. My current thought process is its a 48/52 in favor of the mother because she has to carry it to term in her actual body. That being said, I do believe men should have a sort of financial abortion option, to at birth, cede all financial responsibility. I wouldn't do it, and would think it's heinous if someone did, but it's fair.

Im not up to date on abortion clinic procedures, so i have no clue about what process the fetus goes through after the procedure is over. Do they take DNA or save the specimen for any reason? That's something I do not wish to google to find the answer to. It'll piss me off too much.

So a woman has to admit to being a whore just to have
the right to kill her kid? That's a bold strategy.

Not that much of a burden that it overrides a human life. She can deal with it or not have sex.
I was ambivalent before I had my own child. Now I’m adamant that abortion is state sponsored murder.

It’s time to do what’s right by the most innocent. Or at the very least, deal the father’s into the equation.

Does he have the DNA from the product of conception?

Otherwise there's no proof he is a legitimate father.

Good question but if the perceived father wants the baby, do we just say oh well? Every situation is different. In this case, I would say he is the father.

To be fair, after a year in most states, it doesn't matter if the child has the fathers DNA.

But the father would be financially responsible for the child if it was born.

And feminists everywhere would chide him for not stepping up and accepting his responsibility.

Meanwhile, women are allowed to walk away with assistance from a sterilized Dyson.

I hope he wins.

However, keep in mind that any time a conservative or Christian goes to court, it's like LSU road tripping to Alabama and playing a game with refs Nick Saban picked.

his girlfriend got a medicated abortion at the Alabama Women's Center for Reproductive Alternatives in Huntsville in February 2017 when she was six weeks pregnant, according to legal documents, even though he urged her not to terminate the pregnancy.

At minimum this woman should receive a hysterectomy and her tubes tied. She doesn't deserve another chance at children. She already murdered one.
