Governor Mee-Maw (aka Kay Ivey) is calling for a special session of the Alabama state legislature to convene within the next five days to begin re-drawing the map.

She began feeling the heat the moment she made her statement after the SCOTUS ruling. Tuberville being a squeaky wheel and the AG stepping up speaks volumes to the will of people in this state.

It is crazy to say it, but I think ol’ Wingnut will end up being a great governor for our state. I think we will see a remarkable difference from the moment he is sworn in.

What would be the final ratio?

I think Spanberger's BS up in Virginia ramped up the pressure on the SC. They know that if they don't take a stand for true Constitutional Principle, it's all going to crash and then go back to the drawing board. Now or never.

Could they realistically eliminate both democrat seats?

If you ask chatgpt to draw the lines not based on race all districts would be republican.

Our district map is a gerrymandered piece of shite. However, if they get rid of it only to give me another gerrymandered piece of shite, I’ll be pissed.

We're gonna see Roll Tiders enthusiastically vote for an Auburn coach for governor. We live in strange days, my friend, but I'll take it.

Just taking it back to what it was will get rid of one, the second district. We were republican until the court ordered redistricting. The other can be easily redraw to make it republican if you look at it on a map.
