And you are absolutely correct, their ranks will do the same thing. But I still like the idea.

and AI based Denzel is correct. The term 'slop' is being promoted by industries and media. It's always this way, until 2 years from now, when the first fully AI generated movie is released in the theaters. Then in 10 years, one starts winning awards.

Truth is, the industry wants that power, absolutely - though they will virtue signal to save artists, actors... 'talent'. They just don't want anyone else to have it. And they can't really compete... well, they can have large budget films. But ask the studios to turn out Back Rooms or Obsession... LOL. Those films were made by the rounding errors in Hollywood executives' expenses.

But they will do whatever they can to use it. Why? Because Japan, China, South Korea and others are all making better films and catching up to Hollywood... and that's without AI.

The greatest asset Hollywood has - is a vast library of films, screen tests, and cash reserves to pay the estates of deceased actors. So, if in 5 years from now, you see a movie remake of the Magnificent Seven staring Marlon Brando, Kirk Douglas, Cary Grant and Tom cruise while Grace Kelly waves on, it's because they can legally get away with it and appeal to some older demographic who (might) pay to see it.
