That thing looks like it's being steered toward Redstone Arsenal. Mee Maw, do your duty.. The press conference after the Alabama Air National Guard shot that thing down would be epic. They would have to have subtitles so Yankees could understand what Mee Maw was saying.

I wonder if USA does this all the time with balloons.

A few months ago .. There was a Chinese
Satellite that was crashing back to be earth and .. They couldn't say for sure that it was going to land in the ocean ( other than... The earth is 3/4 water...so we are 75% sure it'll hit water).
Now a balloon that is not going as predicted....
Maybe China shouldn't be allowed to send things up into the air anymore

Remember when a U.S. General said that he would warn the Chinese if trump ever decided to attack them? China owns us unfortunately. Trump was getting in the way . Thats why everything has turned to crap since the CoVid release and stolen election. .

Whatever it is, it uses a bunch of power. The black rectangles are solar panels. The white patch in the middle is probably a microwave dish for communicating data back to ground, air (line of sight), or satellite links. That many solar panels produce around a kilowatt of power. That much power would be used for either a bunch of data processing on collected images or radio data, or the thing is transmitting something like ground penetrating radar. I guess from a Chinese standpoint, it would be great to have a map of any underground systems we might have here. The satellite does not have to be acting alone - there may be a companion system on the ground in China that receives the signal transmitted by the balloon so they could be using frequencies that penetrate hundreds of feet down.

I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s a spy boon controlled by the government or elites and they are waiting for it to get the info they want before they shot it down . If it’s not there is no reason for it to be in the air this long over our country. A lot of people say Russia’s military is not as good as everyone thought because of the struggles taking over another country. But we have had a balloon over our country for days and can’t take it down ?

For a fact we know there is a entire squadron of pilots that can take that thing down.
