Remember that sealed indictment of Assange? My guess is we'll know exactly who committed what crime soon enough.

38. On or about February 14, 2017, MICHAEL COHEN, the defendant, sent an executive of the Trump Organization (“Allen Weisselberg“) the first of his monthly invoices, requesting “[p]ursuant to [a] retainer agreement, payment for services rendered for the months of January and February, 2017.” The invoice listed $35,000 for each of those two months. Weisselberg forwarded the invoice to another executive of the Trump Organization (“Executive-2”) the same day by email, and it was approved. Weisselberg forwarded that email to another employee at the Trump Organization, stating: “Please pay from the Trust. Post to legal expenses. Put ‘retainer for the months of January and February 2017’ in the description.”

Executive-2 is likely to be indicted as well. Is that JR. or Eric or Ivanka? They are the ones with permission to authorize Trump org checks.

The donation was a loan, were literally talking about 100s of dollars in implied interest.

This case is stupid, even for stupid New Yorkers and shite sack bob.

You realize paying the money back means it's not a donation right?

Either a donation or a loan are illegal... so you just owned yourself.

This takes basic common sense.

Maybe people wouldn't have voted for someone who cheated on his wife with pornstars.

Also, since no one ever paid back AMI for the playboy bunny scheme, that is in fact a donation.

I know, so many crimes, so hard to keep up, I understand.

Then why the need for these hush money schemes?

Obvious is obvious.

I legitimately don't think I could care less about Trump, Stormy, McDougal, Cohen and whomever.

If this is all they end up getting on Trump color me shocked. I expected him to be way dirtier.

To give one less thing for the media to cling to during an election. This isn't rocket science.

So AMI allegedly did this out of the kindness of their heart? Or there is an alleged quid pro quo? Or AMI did it to save the country from Hillary?

The man was running for president. Literally everything he did was with the hope of affecting the outcome of an election. Along with everything every person who has ever run for any office at any level at any point in this country has done.

If they indict any one of the Trumps do they realize what they are doing?

Discovery is going to be a BITCH.

I'm thinking the Dems aren't stupid enough to proceed with impeachment attempt. But say they succeeded. Of course, the Senate keeps the President from being removed from office. One can see how the dems' ploy would be to disrupt the Trump presidency and his re election.
If the President continues to lead the economy back, win a victory in foreign diplomacy, esp with China and N Korea and builds the wall...he has the savvy as a campaigner to win a second term.
The key word is "If".... I think the probable key here is to let Trump be Trump....live or die. I think it is to live.

Sorry bud, but telling the truth and revealing facts isn't affecting the outcome in an illegal way.

Does that also apply to Julian Assange?
