While I agree that McCain choosing Palin could potentially qualify as a ‘Hail Mary’ (more accurately described as unvarnished pandering), putting Stacey Adams in a category with Palin is a gift to Adams.

Adams... not only unqualified but disastrously incapable and uniquely dangerous for our country.

Somehow, I take a small bit of solace in knowing that even Biden and the DNC can see that there are some lows that you just can’t stoop to.

A close friend of mine worked opposite her in the Ga legislature. This guy is not a typical politician; he's extremely intelligent and was already pretty much retired in his 40s. He ran to see if he could do something, got sorta disgusted after a couple of terms and got out.

All that said, he said Abrams started out genuine enough. Obviously a liberal, which he most certainly isn't, but he said she was honest and pretty intelligent (don't confuse that with educated). Somewhere along the way she saw dollar signs and went all in for the gravy train, which is where she is now. Literally and figuratively.

Which one of the gals isn't? For that matter, the only ones running who weren't were Biden and Bernie.

You would have to go back to the 1920s to see it used regularly. In the days of Coolidge, it was a common way to label corrupt politicians.

Abrams is a sacrificial lamb in this and i will explain why. They are going to pick some pandering shite of a VP candidate and since Biden and his campaign feel forcing it to be a women and ignoring potentially more qualified candidates, they will use “vetting and rejecting” Abrams as a method to say they found a legitimate partner to run with him as VP that is qualified and not for pandering.

I mean I am a left of center liberal, but I won’t vote Dem for a long time. I hope others follow that line to force that party to stop being a corrupt and pandering POS organization.
