You didn't see what you think you saw. A 12 week old fetus is 2 inches long with nubs and does not have the ability to do anything that remotely resembles "kicking or bouncing to avoid a knife".
Ever try to fish a piece of egg shell out of a bowl? It sure looks like it is moving away from your tool. That is all you saw.

I also have no idea how someone with children could ever be pro choice.
As medical technology gets more advanced and babies from earlier terms start living at higher percentages the tide on abortion will turn in this country. As soon as the “it wasn’t even viable” argument goes away the battle is over.
