And her gifts for music and business raised her out of profit because of out capitalist system. She was then able to parlay all that into an incredible amount of charitable works which benefited untold thousands of people.
Under a socialist or communist system she would have been penalized for making too much and thus greatly limited in the good she could do.

There is this narrative that Dolly is left wing when really small towns in Appalachia have their own politics compared to other small southern towns.
Poor in the mountains is totally different from poor in the city. There is no government program coming to save you in the mountains. Steal something in those towns? You'll get shot, or back in the day hung. So there is left-wing sounding rhetoric but I would not consider Appalachian people overwhelmingly left-wing at all, especially not socially.
You have some loudmouth lefties like Tyler Childers from coal country but they are a minority.

He's a good speaker but does not have his hands wrapped around the information needed to be a politician.... But 20 something's are not educated and naïve so they follow him like lemmings.
His ideology and what he supports makes him an absolute no go for any political position of power...period.

Historically, the youngsters are just too busy to vote. I really hate he is being exposed too early. It will only give him time to recover. We need an ad of him holding the hand of a crying boy with his pecker chopped off and his opponent holding the hand of a happy baby boy one hour after castration.
