Tim Poole is a bit of a douche, but this incident is COMPLETELY unacceptable.
I hope that the perpetrator is caught and punished appropriately.

Exactly.
If youre gonna question the veracity of the report be a man and just say so.
Only reason he said it is because the story is negative to their own personal political narrative.
Someone shot up another conservative podcasters house and only got stopped due to a gate and security because the left will no longer tolerate free speech they don’t like. That’s the story. If it’s fake Pool will be exposed.
