Hakeem told us recently that this is a "war". We should believe him. Democrats are at war. They are not playing around. The intend to seize and consolidate domestic political power by any means necessary.

Well I was laughing at you, specifically, because I remember when Texas kicked off this whole shitshow, SFP was trying to tell you that it wouldn’t end the way you thought it would
And you were of course crying and objecting and listing all the states that would gerrymander and tilt seats

Again, Republicans don't gerrymander like this. They need to start. If they would, Democrats would never hold the House ever again.

Yes, they have. Most districts are gerrymandered to limit the other party's ability to win a seat. Districts are redrawn all the time, equally by your precious pubs. The fact you have stated "muh party don't do that" is evidence of either absolute stupidity or absolute dishonesty. Probably both.

If I remember correctly, the judge that ruled against the redistricting vote yesterday actually cited the “restore fairness” wording on the ballot as misleading and illegal.

I know you're just here for the cirlce jerk and to have other internet weirdos placate you but I'll offer up some useful context anyway. That Judge (Jack Hurley, from Tazewell) has already been smacked down on this issue by the VA Supreme Court. He tried to block the referendum itself, which obviously didn't happen.
If you think the VA SC was going to let 3mil people vote, but are NOW going to go back and say "yeah this new map is illegal" you're on drugs. Not to mention it's clearly a state issue, there's virtually no chance it's going all the way to SCOTUS (I've seen that pipe dream floated a few times as well).
The new map will stick, it is what it is.

The difference, clearly, is that in ever example where Republicans are "doing this," the maps make sense geographically. There is no comparison. The fact that you can't admit this is evidence of either absolute stupidity or absolute dishonesty.
Republicans need to START doing what Dems do when they redistrict. I 100% agree with that statement. However, they haven't done that yet and you won't be able to show otherwise.
Your link also fails to mention that many Democrat districts in red states are drawn that way because they're forced to create majority-minority districts by court edicts. The most ridiculous districts in the south are drawn that way because of court rulings. This is not the case in Democrat-controlled states.

And? He won 56% of the total vote of Texas. The GOP has 80% of the congressional districts, up from 71% before they “fixed” their map.
