I'm taking the one that isn't an Ole Miss fan. The rest of the stuff may be fixable.

I believe it was more about laughing at you DEI backing fools about beautiful women that the world stops for, or in Homer’s opinion fought wars over, as opposed to a DEI ugly scag

Either way, there was really no other reason for him to cast Ellen Page as a warrior, much less the most unattractive HoT in the history of entertainment

Ellen Page is definitely not a warrior in this film. Pretty sure you didn't watch it if that's your conclusion. But wallow in your hate.

The guy who gave you super duper white films such as The Prestige, Dunkirk, and Oppenheimer decided to wake up one morning and never slumber again. Woke AF.

Man, you do know Google exists?

Elliot Page plays the Greek warrior Sinon in Christopher Nolan’s The Odyssey (2026).

Sinon is the Greek warrior associated with the Trojan Horse deception. In the film, he is portrayed as a soldier under Odysseus who helps convince the Trojans to bring the wooden horse inside the city.

Are you stupid or purposely obtuse?

According to Greek mythology, Sinon was a warrior and spy. Not an Achillies type fighting on the front line but was engaged in espionage

As much as you don't want to admit it, Ellen Page was cast as a warrior

Are you really showing me historical Greek mythology for a movie that cast a black woman as Helen? Please, when you have a moment, watch the movie, then come back and make your argument that Ellen was portrayed as a warrior.

I see, you are being purposely obtuse

The Odyssey is entirely based on Greek mythology, and in all of Greek mythology...

HoT was known as the most beautiful woman to have ever lived

Sinon was a warrior

Keep on ignoring those facts, though.

Not in this movie.

Menelaus mocks the romanticized myth that Helen's face started a war.

And Sinon was not a true warrior. He was a poor weakling that was manipulated into participating in the Trojan War by Antinous.

He was brave but had shite for skill and was immediately sacrificed to the Trojans.

You would know the movie is interpretive if you watched.

We don’t like cultural appropriation. You shouldn’t either.

Plus that isn’t exactly Hallie Barry there either.

That picture on the right is not Helen of Troy. It is Clymenestra in a fit of rage

Its actually pretty based what Nolan did here

He wrote the role of a weak, worthless, ineffectual teenage soldier that the Greeks immediately set up to die unwittingly in terrible fashion, and thought to himself: "I know the perfect person for this. A 40 year old twink"

It's clearly a distortion. One girl is made up and pictured in natural light. The other is acting in a scene that requires her to look disheveled and act deranged. He could have posted a normal picture of Lupita, then make his captain pretty police comments all the same.

There is no amount of make up, photoshop or paint and bondo that would make the black chick pretty, at her best she looks like a fricking halloween mask.
