As far as the actress goes, remember that all of the photos of her are after she has had makeup applied by pros and been styled by stylists
The girl at the game woke up, put on a little makeup and a sundress, and then tailgated all day in September heat in the south and still looks 1000 times better.

Training and career-development opportunities for underrepresented workers.
Standard D: Audience Development
The studio or distributor must have meaningful representation from underrepresented groups among senior marketing, publicity, or distribution staff.
A movie does not have to satisfy all of these requirements. It only needs to meet two of the four standards to remain eligible for Best Picture.

I am stunned that anyone watching the LSU game, who saw the Old Miss chick (and I saw her too) would immediately jump mentally to anger about "DEI" and the casting of a black woman in a movie made how many years ago? Who looks at an attractive woman and all they can think to say is how much they hate that a black woman was cast in a movie role?
