You're insane to think the Democrats aren't going to go completely buckwild once they get power again anyway. They aren't worried about us setting a precedent first. New York just legalized abortion up to the 9th month! Just wait until these libs get some power.
The important thing is to stack the courts, like the Supreme Court, to cut them off before they get back. 6-3, 7-2 conservative majority will protect us for decades.
