Who’s on the hook if it does affect her fertility?

Nothing that you don't want to discuss is relevant
I am discussing it.

It's not against the law. That's the relevant part of the discussion.

You asked if I've ever heard of anyone being firing for not getting a flu vaccine. I answered yes, you then changed the parameters.

The woman since she would have chosen to get the vaccine.

Who says it's gonna affect her fertility?

I mean,we can play these hypotheticals all day long.

Who's on the hook if she catches Covid and gives it to customer or other employee?

I'd say there's ALOT more evidence out there to back up scenario than yours.

Go ahead and play your little hypothetical games if it makes you happy.

All of those questions you're both asking do not matter since she's not getting the vaccine nor is she working there.

Hence I used the word "hypothetical"

But there's no doubt that some scenarios will play out in reality and end up in court.

Probably, but the EEOC has already given guidance on this, I really don't know why guys are arguing this like it's something in limbo and we don't now. We do know.

Employees can require the vaccine. The only exceptions are disabilities and religious beliefs. Obviously someone who isn't pregnant that is trying to get pregnant does not fit either of those exceptions. So we know 100% this business is well within their right to do this, something Political Talk has long been a huge champion of.

My wife is pregnant but I wont let her get it. They have little to no idea what the long term side effects will be

My wife is also pregnant, and saw her provider on Tuesday. Doctor said that while they are currently vaccinating some pregnant women (medical professionals, first responders, etc) that for someone like my wife with little risk they do not suggest she get it. I absolutely do not want her to get it until after delivering if possible. No reason to risk it since there is such a low likelihood that my wife would be exposed right now.

Prove it came from her, and maybe you've got something.

On the other hand, proving that some bullshite flu shot scrambled her reproductive system is going to be a little easier.

Either way, we won't find out because the business required it, and she chose not to take it which is well within her right to do so, and she was fired by the business, which is well within their right to do so.

Oh,there's gonna be a multitude of court cases

What's gonna happen when sporting venues re open at full capacity?

They gonna require some type of vaccination ID or approval? What about their workers? What about flight attendants?

I'm sure lots of attorneys are licking their chops.

I’m thinking more employment law. This could potentially impact anyone with a job.

ETA: Now that I think about it, some employers might try the BFOQ route.

I wasn't arguing either of those points, but thanks I suppose.

I thought regardless of vaccination you will still get the virus and transmit the virus, you body will just not react as bad. So with or without the vaccine you will just be a super spreader vs a spreader with symptoms lol am I wrong?
