One undeniable fact is the dollar store raised prices to $1.25 so that's 25%

They also changed to dynamic pricing on some items so that is now more than 25% overall.

Was this a July 4th order, and did it include hotdogs?

Him order 3 of something doesn’t mean he hit the button 3x.

he also didn't show his actual receipts, he didn't even show how many total items he bought in the recent order. this video is a huge fake, groceries are not up 400% in 2 years, but you believe it because you want to believe it. SAD!

CNN moderators claimed groceries have only jumped from $100 to $120. Fair my A$$!!

Agreed.

Now answer this: did prices increase between 2022 and 2024 because

1) trump left office in 2020 and Biden took office in 2020
2) .gov printed 8 trillion dollars more than revenue between 2017 and 2021, then another 8 trillion dollars more than revenue between 2021 and 2024

??

I’m an adult as well and yes they fricking have doubled.

You’re either delusional, not near as good at budgeting as you perceive yourself to be, or lying to yourself.

Eggs were

$1.40 In 2019
$1.51 in 20
$1.67 In 21
$2.26 In 22
$3.30 In 24

But your groceries haven’t doubled… BS

It's a pain, but you can use the Wayback Machine and find some real comparisons.

E.g., a 54.7% increase precovid to now, in this instance.

It would be good to have the list and receipts.

Nonetheless when they mentioned $100 to $125, we all know that was bullshite. The increase has been really more like 80% at minimum and we all know it including Biden supporters who have been complaining about the price of everything themselves as well.

If you deny this, you are being completely dishonest so your corpse-like candidate can stay in office.

Printing money hurts the economy pure and simple.

From the look of things, my grocery cart and his would have very few items in common.

Some groceries absolutely are. I don’t believe because I want. I believe because I have a brain that can do math. Is everything 4x? No. I would say broadly averaged they are up around high 2s to low 3x.

He's right on inflation, but he felt like he needed a hug.

People want to be relevant. He couldn't care less about his Walmart bill since you as tax payers feed him.

Yes, this video has been posted on every board on TD already, and discussed at length.

I've never seen it until now. Maybe I'm the only poster who doesn't visit the other boards much.

The op is from 2022, your eggs haven't doubled. You're a moron

My point isn't that there isn't inflation, obviously there is, and theres many actual tangible statistics and measures you can go examine. You can look back at your own expenses. My point is that tiktok causes mind mush, where people are actually sharing this dumb fkn video with nothing tangible in it. It's made for low education minds. It's basically like a commercial they ran in the beginning of idiocracy. Could it be true? Could it be a lie? Who is this guy? No details? Does it even matter if its true with no details? What is the point of this video of a guy who struggles to speak. All Besides the point the claim is ludicrous, there's no planet in which groceries on average have come close to quadrupling or even fkn doubling since 2022, it's retarded, maybe some random undisclosed basket of goods, who fkn cares about that, even if it is true, which is doubtful. Without details, it's worthless if you are a 1st principle thinker.

You guys just forward and share this because it supports your narrative but it's completely void of substance, and it's tailored for low brow thinking. Also it's not just td, it's every platform where people actually shared this bullshite video, and it pisses me off at the world, that this is the type of thing we people are discussing, a video with nothing in it. I can smell the iq reduction in the atmosphere.

Be better. Make better points. Bring better evidence. This shite is for children. Libs or "npc"s share shite like this. If you're just gonna share and believe videos like this, you are gonna be nothing more than an useful idiot in the coming world of ai manipulation.

Eta: like I said on last page, I can find orders on Amazon from 2022 that are more expensive than today, does that even fkn matter or mean anything? Does it mean there's inflation or not inflation? No it doesnt mean anything at all, especially without me disclosing anything about the order.
