The doctor said she could have weekly appointments and see how it progresses, but instead of doing that or getting a second opinion somewhere she immediately ran and got an abortion. People pushing this shite as a happy story.

Do you think killing human beings is the way to deal with "deadweight of society"?

Neither the link nor the OP explain how killing the first baby was necessary for the second baby’s conception.

The mother made the statement. I am trying to find out which one got pregnant. Which one is the mother?

Also, by “fatal birth defect” do they mean it will die on its own before being born? Or before age 1? Or by age 5? Or by age 20?

Or maybe not even at all...

Exactly. A strategy used to get that 15 minutes of fame to include naming a child R.O.E who will, unfortunately, be ridiculed and humiliated as it matures.

$100,000.00 on name changing soon!!

My mother was told the same thing in 1971. She didn't have an abortion.

Here I am, all this time later. I'm still perfectly healthy even though I'm an old fart.

Imagine the brain rot to purposely name you SON so that you could "honor" a shitty court case.

Wild part of all this is that Roe would still be the law of the land.

They rage against the right but fail to appreciate that It was the abortion people that challenged Mississippi law and LOST.

These dumb-fricks got out over their skis. They never thought they'd lose but in their unbridled abortion hysteria they teed up the perfect case and got rolled.

Sometimes the best thing you can do is to do nothing. And this was one of those times.

it had to be a more extensive, two-day procedure. And with each passing day, Taylor's anxiety increased.

She didn't want her first expereince with labor and delivery to be death so she instead chose a 2 day abortion procedure, which was death.

Such a strange decision to honor a court case that allowed you to kill your baby instead of the actual baby with name of the new child.

I’m not happy when they have more children.

How about mandatory sterilization if you aren’t working but accepting government handouts?

The acceptable number of mothers choosing to kill their babies is zero or fewer.

Of course not, but I don't think killing people who don't make you happy is a good way to go about life.

How about focusing on welfare reform, justice reform, and education reform rather than permanent sterilization and killing babies?

Why don't you tell us what your meaningless blather entails?

Trash people are no different that unwanted puppies and kittens. Nobody wants them, better off if they never existed. Life is hard.

You always get more of what you subsidize.

I've lived this twice with severe neural tube defects...it's not a pleasant experience.

(severe neural tube defect in my experience means the top of her skull and most of her brain was missing; in the second instance it was spina bifida combined with the top of it's skull missing)

When we told my mother, she got on the phone with her ob (who delivered me and my siblings) he told her that in this instance of a non-life compatible conception, this was NOT an abortion.

My daughter's mother got into a UK trial of pre-conception vitamins which were heavy with folic acid. Two healthy babies were the result.

I thought I was clear.

If the concern is that people who abuse our systems are reproducing, then instead of killing people (devaluing human life), we should seek reform in the systems so that abuse doesn't occur.

What a horrific way to think about life. You realize that people on the left think that way about you, right? To them, you are a "trash person" and deserve to be killed.

Everyone is made in God's image with inherent value. No one should be killed just for existing.

I'm advocating for removing the subsidies if they are being abused.

What information do you have that even remotely hints at these people abusing the system?
