Sure, but not 677 random “checkers”. Much higher level should be needed to issue an injunction on POTUS, with very few having that power.

Yes. Easily.
Executive orders exist for the President to direct executive agencies in carrying out legislation passed by Congress. They do not exist for the President to bypass Congress in creating new legislation.
It's the judicial branch's responsibility to check the executive branch when this happens. The only issue is that they've not done it nearly enough and are pushing rulings along party lines.
I'm sure MAGA will be along shortly to remind me how much they hate the Constitution and how the Founding Fathers were cucks anyway.

Are you asking this question because you're mentally retarded or just because you're dishonest? You do realize we have these things called appellate courts and the Supreme Court right? Saying the Constitution intended for individual judges to be able to over with the president is as fricking retarded as saying individual congressman can do it just because Congress is considered co-equal. In addition it's stupid because it effectively makes the lower court judges more powerful than any individual judge on the appellate courts. No rational person actually believes this shite. They just like it because it's working for their side. Nobody repeat nobody repeat nobody actually believes that's the way things should fricking work

But I've never claimed to be his friend nor I doubt he would ever claim to be mine
