Lol. Nah. Sometimes just like letting people know they actually exist and are an independent branch of our government. Nothing to get excited about.

Claiming this as lawfare makes the list of definitions of the term grow even larger.
Ignoring it is a high probability of using lawfare to thwart Trump is being dishonest at best.

The judge looks like he has a broomstick up hiss butt and he is enjoying it…
These judges are the worst kind of criminals, criminals that hide behind the law and just throw up stall tactics
I am tired of these juactivist judges they all have to go…

But since you’re here, your side has used the courts 64 times to attempt to throttle the Trump Administration since Jan 20.
That’s over a law suit per day.
Not lawfare. Not even close. Stop broadening the scope of this non-existent theory that everyone sees but hasn't happened ever. Procedure and decorum and contrarianism!

Agreed. Government cannot be cut or reduced.
Sing it with me, Sammy:
Government good
Government great
Government is love

Where's the conservative judge to order a halt to USAID?

Didn't they already do something along this line before?
And it was overruled on appeal?
They don't care.

Pure activism, NOT backed up by law or precedent. It’s a misuse of the courts for the sole purpose of fighting the opposition party. None of these judges actually believe in the issues, or the correctness of their rulings. It’s 100% activism…aka lawfare!
There are 677 federal district judges in the US. Can anyone objectively make the case that the framers of the Constitution favored each one of them having the authority to overrule Presidential executive decisions?

What happens if the Trump administration simply ignores the judge's ruling?

BREAKING: A judge just ordered Elon Musk's DOGE to all but fully reinstate USAID after they dismantled it.
Someone needs to tell chin Chong that musk cannot do that. Because musk doesn't have the power to take or give funding to anyone, hell he can't order lunch and charge it to the white house. Musk is reviewing everything and making recommendations, suggestions to Trump "officially"
