This is why Trump will challenge Bidens pardons. He's hoping the judge rules against him. Then he can blanket pardon everyone from that day forward and totally ignore the courts. If the ruling is in his favor, he can prosecute America's enemies.

This is a very good idea actually

This began before Obama but Obama openly made this his strategy - stack the courts, stack the bureaucracy. There is no logic in that order and nothing in the Constitution backs up the judge. This is why you play dirty - use FISA and get all of these judge communications. Open up their entire lives and publish it all to the internet. Every call. Every email. Every text. Everything. Raid their offices and homes. Just expose it all. If you do that you don't have to prosecute any of them, they'll simply go into hiding and you'll be left with judges that follow the Constitution and don't write opinions based on ideology and partisan allegiances. It would be interesting to see who the judge is married to and what his family members are involved with.

it was done "without the approval of a duly appointed USAID Officer".

So now the POTUS needs someone's approval to fire him and close his office?

Lemme go have a talk with my boss and see how that plays out.

Claiming this as lawfare makes the list of definitions of the term grow even larger.

Of course - that's the whole point of "lawfare" - find some way to define anything a disgruntled democrat want to do as some form of legal 'right' or legal 'wrong' and then tie up the poor conservative while he spends valuable time and money to find his way thru the court system to 'win'.

Glad you came around on helping describe their tactic.

Lawfare: using the judiciary to carpet bomb an individual or individuals with specious legal claims for the sole purpose of tying up resources, financial and otherwise, forcing them to defend themselves on multiple fronts.

It’s not now nor has it ever been about justice. It’s about using American tax payer dollars, funneled through various agencies and into the hands of various organizations to wage political warfare on dissenting or opposing political views. It only happens with a complicit judiciary who provide zero scrutiny to such actions and instead rubber stamp every political offensive no matter how specious the claim.

Well what's the part of the motion that's being denied to the plaintiffs.

Enjoining the layoffs and contract terminations.. Judge stated that USAID had approved or ratified those decisions. Thus, relief couldn't be granted unless USAID was a party to the lawsuit. District of MD, Court Order

Shamelessly ignoring judges will, unfortunately, become commonplace in all presidential terms going forward.

Great for now, but the next Dem regime will be rough. Democracy is beginning to outlive its usefulness.

This is what they want.

Because as wrong as he can be sometimes, he’s still my friend.

You can have friends you don’t always or even often agree with.

Traits of a Barrack Obama appointed judge:
- Severe TDS
- Left wing idealogue
- In several cases, a foreigner
-A fellow queer that's he's probably had butt sex with
- Ugly AF lesbian cat lady

frick.

USAID has nothing to do with congress. USAID was started by John F. Kennedy Executive Order 10973.

It started by EO and can be ended by EO.

frick this judge. Ignore him.
It is a department within the State Dept with no earmarks. Thus can be dismantled by the State Dept without even a EO (but EO welcome).

I’m not fighting someone with a syndrome.

If this board were more like DU he would argue from the MAGA side. It’s what he does.
