The majority of the board snickers about "a certain demographic," "13%ers," "illegals," etc nearly constantly. When a white guy does something violent, the majority of the board quickly tries to other him as if he's not like them. Meanwhile, the majority of the board also salivates at any and all cuts to social services while increasing military spending and action (as long as Trump is behind it).
How can you call yourself America first when you don't gaf about Americans? There is a pervasive mental health crisis in this country and the suggested response by MAGA is to continue slashing all mental health services for Americans. MAGAs response to making America Great/Healthy is to continue to cut services for Americans while sending bombs and guns overseas.

I am the head of security at mine. We had a guy threatening our Pastor and we have been packing ever since. I have played this scenario and many others in my head multiple times. Good job by the security team. Hopefully these discourages other nut jobs in the future.
