Make it a felony and seize the vessel. For that matter make ALL illegal immigration a felony.
Nothing the bleeding hearts can do about it once its signed into law. Nothing unconstitutional about it. You cross that border illegally you're a felon. You overstay your visa youre a felon. You assist them you're a felon.

For a child born on U.S. soil to be a citizen, at least one of its parents should have to be a citizen. Period.
As a country, we absolutely have to get tougher on people (both illegals and bonafide citizens) who are trying to take advantage of the system. Get the illegal ones the frick out of here ASAP (regardless of their sob stories) and turn a deaf ear to all the slavery and colonialism victimhood nonsense. They have had plenty of reparations in one form or another.
We need to start looking at our country as protectively as we do our own individual lives and families. Billie Elish famously said, “No one is illegal on stolen land.” But you can sure as hell bet there isn’t anyone camping out illegally on her land.
