This speech took place six blocks from our restaurant in Liverpool. I’m over here now.
Even in a liberal city like Liverpool, this guy is hated.
A local pub even changed their name to “The George Orwell” to protest the digital ID. Everyone here I speak with about politics (very cautiously limited) sees the digital ID for what it is.

The Telegraph recently referenced a poll that said 53% of Brits supported digital ID. They must’ve polled only people in London and/or universities
