I have been in a coma and just woke up. Did something happen in that time?

Yes.

Other than OBBB, Congress hasn't done a goddamn thing except pass CRs which are based on Biden level spending. Including sending billions to Ukraine.

There's also the Iran conflict.

Biggest betrayal of voters and national interest in modern presidential history.

That's what happened.

Got in his own way... Was rocking in rolling with the BBB, Border, De-regs, and then decided to go play world police in the ME like his repub predecessor

That one seems pretty important for you to simply post it as a secondary concern

It has cost $33 billion.

Yes, it has impacted oil prices. But you presume Iran (or Israel) wouldn't have engaged in some level of frickery leading to the same result without our involvement.

You make a good point there. However, I voted for the man in 2016,2020 and 2024. Thought he did a bang up job in term one. I've been very disappointed in this tenure. The Iran war with really no exit plan, the supposed finanical genius simply apathetic towards the deficit, these never ending pillow fights with stuff like renaming the Kennedy Center. No, I don't want a Dem in charge but you can still be disappointed in Trump, himself.

Yes.

However, those 18 lives, regardless of how precious, have zero role in the OPs "inquiry"

Again, Trump-approved spending.

That's only the public outlays/printed money portion of the cost.

This seems like a fancy tool to both avoid and shift blame in perpetuity

When did Congress even TRY to send him something (or even generally try to lobby or propose anything) with less spending?
